I Am a Holistic Life Coach for Authenticity, Personal Power and Inner Awakening
I am certified by coach and author Alan Cohen’s Foundation for Holistic Life Coaching.
Part of why I got pulled into coaching was by being coached.
I was part of a Membership for Business Coaching for two years, where I got a first-hand approach to coaching—not life or holistic, though.
The experience got me passionate about coaching and the power of like-minded group settings.
This planted the seed inside of me to support others through coaching.
It is now my intention to support you on that quest of awakening to your inner power and authenticity by sharing how I got there. As you will see, I share, in different ways, what I have learned and experienced.
I also wrote my first book based on part of my transformative process. So I’m an author, too.
A lived experience of spiritual awakening took me closer to joy and peace, and the pursuit of more moments of laughter and fun, both by myself and shared with others, whenever possible.
I have a European Master in Intercultural Education against Racism and Discrimination, a bilingual study in German and English where I started a journey of understanding others and being of support from a more conscious empathetic standpoint.
Also, among things along my path that don’t seem to connect, but they do, I got a BA degree in Modern Languages, which was the first great risk I took as a young adult following my passion for languages—one of my gifts—after some years of pursuing Chemical Engineering and feeling unhappy and lost.
That was the first time I made a decision to follow joy and love over societal conventions after my heart’s call. It took me a long time and frustration to get there, though.
That’s the only way I’m making decisions now.
A love for nature and the arts kept my heart’s spark on while on the search for my gift, my genius
Even though I was a big city person for most of my adult life, I would always go back to nature, especially because, when not in a big city, I was in my hometown in the middle of the Andean mountains in South America.
Traveling to different countries and living abroad for long periods in several opportunities—including the present—has always gotten me to explore nature and the arts wherever I’ve been.
In retrospect, and after the Inner Child work I’ve done—which I talk about in my book and the free guide I share with you—all these elements together make up what brings joy to my life, and is part of where my gifts live.

It’s an internal process that takes you to be more aware of situations in your life that make you feel stuck, sad, and/or in fear.
It’s usually propelled by a specific situation or event—usually emotionaly intense—that takes you to introspect and to being more aware, and a search for healing begins. This process is known by many as Spiritual Awakening.
-
A limiting belief is thought pattern you have very much instilled within you, so that you act according to it in an unconscious way.
You’re usually not aware of it. It’s limiting because it restricts your potential and possibilities. It’s passed on to you by those who raised you, by society, by your collective groups.
When your awareness awakes, and you start spotting your belief systems, you have the power over them and can start a clearer way to authenticity.
-
Those beliefs tend to surface in moments of discomfort or frustation, among others. That's going to be your first clue.
There are ways to find out what the core belief is, if you cannot spot it so easily. The important thing here is, those answers are always at hand inside of you. You just have to learn how to access them.
-
Once a belief is brought to the surface, you can use your internal power to transmute it and transform your life experience into a more fulfilling one.
In this process, you take power away from your ego and the lies it tells you and give it back to your heart. So, this transformation is an alignment with balance.
-
Usually, pain and grief are the result of a repeating pattern that brings the same painful result.
The origin of those patterns are limiting beliefs and fears sometimes so rooted inside of us that they seem to be part of our cells and atoms. So, removing those from within can be an intense experience—AND a beautiful one.
-
It is my utmost goal to support you in overcoming your fears and limiting beliefs. I’ll walk this process with you, and help you find the answers within yourself to transmute (transform) what has you feeling stagnant or in pain.
-
Since these inner processes can feel intense—the way you’re probably feeling at the moment—I like to accentuate that while you make progress in the stages of this growth, joy starts being more present in your life. It’s just the natural way for it to happen.
I’m a big supporter of accentuating the importance of those moments of joy and peace as a part of the awakening and healing experience.

Therapy focuses more on emotional or mental illness whereas holistic life coaching focuses more on dealing with a specific emotional situation and finding a way out from it, with the answers to make changes or to achieve a personal goal.
This type of coaching guides you in finding the answers within the deepest parts of yourself rather than on counseling.
